NHS PRICING BANDS
Transparent pricing for NHS treatments
TREATMENT BAND ONE
Examination and diagnosis (including x-rays, if necessary)
Advice on preventing future issues
Scale and polish, if needed

If you require immediate dental care, an urgent NHS appointment costs £23.80.
TREATMENT BAND TWO
Band One includes everything, plus:
Any additional treatments, such as fillings or root canal work

Extractions, if your dentist needs to remove one or more teeth
TREATMENT BAND THREE
Includes everything in Bands One and Two, plus:
Crowns, dentures, or bridges
More complex procedures

You only pay once for the highest treatment band, even if multiple treatments are needed.
